This Privacy Policy describes how Push Technologies (“Push Operations”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses/distributes, stores, and protects the personal information of: (i) our Clients’ employees on behalf of our Clients through the course of providing our services (“Services”); (ii) our business contacts; (iii) individuals who access and use our website located at www.pushoperations.com or any other digital platform where this Privacy Policy is posted (“Sites”); (iv) individuals who communicate with us in any manner, such as by telephone, e-mail, or in-person (“Communications”); and (v) individuals we collect from third parties.

By using our Sites or Services, or otherwise providing us with your personal information, you are hereby consenting to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Information about our Clients’ employees
Push Operations only processes the personal information of its Clients’ employees at our Client’s direction and as permitted by applicable laws. Such information may include:
- Basic Identifying Information. Information such as an individual’s first and last name, email address, telephone number, and other identifying information.
- Device Identifier and other Unique Identifiers. Information relating to the individual’s use of our Sites, including your device identifier, internet protocol (IP) address, cookie ID, mobile ad identifier, device activity, geolocation of your devices and browsers, and other unique identifiers.
- Internet or Other Network Activity. Information such as the individual’s browsing or search history on our Sites.
- Geolocation Data. Information relating to the location from where the individual accessed our Sites or engaged in Communications.
- Employment Data. Information relating to timekeeping, payroll, banking details, attendance, performance, and other functions of employment for the individual on behalf of our Client.
- Job / Education History. Information relating to an individual’s prior job history, resume information, education background, and similar information.

- User Content. Information such as your Communications with us and any other content you provide including, photographs of receipts, images, videos, survey responses, comments, product reviews, testimonials, and other content.
- Audio and Visual Information. Information such as photographs, images, videos, and recordings of you and your voice (captured when we record customer service calls for quality assurance and employee training purposes).
- Inferences. Information such as inferences drawn from or created based on the information identified above.
Information about business contacts, users of our Sites, and individuals who Communicate with Us
Push Operations processes the following types of personal information of its business contacts, users of our Sites (other than employees of Clients), and other individuals who Communicate with us:

How Do We Use Personal Information?
We use the personal information we collect for the purposes described below.
- Providing Sites and Services and Process Communications. We use identifying information, geolocation data, employment data (if applicable), job/education history (if applicable), biometric data (if applicable), user content, and audio and visual information to provide and facilitate access to our Sites and Services, process Communications, notify individuals about changes to our Sites and Services.
- Improvements. We use users’ personal information to help deliver a better experience (for example, to personalize content through our Sites, Services, and Communications based on users’ interactions with the Sites), to diagnose technical problems, to perform data analytics (including market research, trend analysis, financial analysis), to support marketing activities, so that we may better administer, operate, and improve the quality of the Sites and the Services.
- Marketing and Promotion. We use information listed in the section above to contact users and business contacts to learn about their interest in our Sites and Services, to send users information regarding Push Operations such as information about new features, promotions, and events. Any such communications will be sent in accordance with users’ marketing preferences and consent choices. - Billing Coordination. We use financial information collected from you to bill for the Services.
- Enforce Compliance. We may access certain user personal information if necessary to investigate a suspected violation of and to enforce our terms of use, agreements, and policies, to protect against, identify and prevent abuse, fraud, and/or unlawful activities.

For example, we use your personal information to pay our taxes, to fulfill our business obligations, and as otherwise required by law. - With Consent. We may disclose personal information with an individual’s consent, which may be express or implied. Express consent may be obtained in writing, orally, or electronically.
- With Service Providers. If there are fields in which editing is not possible, individuals can contact their company’s administrator and request the update. Individuals have full access to update their account information. Individuals can also export their personal information, or deletion of their data, any time by requesting their company’s administrator to send a request to support@pushoperations.com. Please note, we may need to retain personal information to comply with our contractual obligations and with applicable law. We may also retain certain information to respond to any issues that may arise later, for example, we may need certain information to prevent fraudulent activity, protect ourselves against liability, permit use to pursue available remedies or limit any damages we may sustain or if we believe in good faith that a law or regulation requires it.
- Withdraw Consent. If we have collected, used, and disclosed your personal information you’re your consent, then you have the right to withdraw your consent by contacting us atsupport@pushoperations.com. Please note, we may need to retain your personal information to comply with our contractual obligations and with applicable law. - Email Opt-Out. If at any time you wish to opt out or "unsubscribe" from receiving e-mails from us, you may use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email you receive or respond to the e-mail with “unsubscribe” written into the body of the reply email.
- Control Cookies Through Your Browsers. You may be able to disable and manage some non-necessary cookies through your browser settings. Most Browsers accept cookies by default. You can instruct your browser, by changing its settings to decline or delete cookies. If you use multiple browsers on your device, you will need to instruct each browser separately. Your ability to limit cookies is subject to your browser settings and limitations. If you use multiple browsers on the same device, you will need to manage your settings for each browser.
- Google Analytics. Our Sites use Google Analytics. Most of these companies are participants of the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”) and/or the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”). Please note that if you opt-out of using any of these methods, the opt-out will only apply to the specific browser or device from which you opt-out. - Texting. If you no longer want to receive text messages from us, you may opt-out by requesting your administrator take you out of future text messages.
Do Not Track
Our Sites may, from time to time, collect information about your online activities, over time and across different sites and applications. When you use our Sites, third parties may also collect information about your online activities, over time and across different websites, online or cloud computing services, online applications, or mobile applications. Some browsers support a “Do Not Track” feature, which is intended to be a signal to websites that you do not wish to be tracked across different websites you visit. Our Sites currently do not change the way they operate based upon a “Do Not Track” signal unless required by law.
Data Location and Data Transfers
Personal Information handled by us may be transferred to, and processed in, countries outside of Canada. Our affiliates and service providers may operate around the world.
