Technical Questions

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can: reset your password here. Check your spam or junk mail if you don’t see the email to reset password. If you’re still having issues, contact your employer to assit with password resetting.

Certain information is only available to access on desktop device (not mobile), other information may be layered by permissions or may require action from your employer.

If you’re looking for something specifc on your account you can troubleshoot by searching our help center.

Push’s help center requires you to be logged into your Push account. If you do not have a push account you will not be able to access help documents.

Push Operations has implemented technology and security features to safeguard the privacy of your personal information using the industry’s best practices.

COVID-19 and Closure Questions

If you do not see your Record of Employment in Push, but your ROE has been filed with Service Canada you may be able to access it directly through your Service Canada Account (if you are registered). If you do not see it in Push or Service Canada, it may still be processing.

Our team is currently socially distancing by working from home, however our support hours remain the same (8:30AM-5:00PM PT). Please be patient as we are experiencing a high volume of calls, you may receive a faster response via email

Product Questions

Although we handle restaurant workflows very well, Push can be used in a variety of business and industries especially for payroll. We have customers in gyms, salons, retail locations, warehouses, creative agencies and more!

You do not have to purchase all of our modules. We offer our features a-la-carte and you can mix and match your feature set to tailor to your business’ needs. However, as an all-in-one system, we work better together!
